Steve is the Broker in Charge for Astra Star Realty. A native Floridian, he has focused his 27-year career in the luxury home market, holding prominent roles as the Director of Sales at BallenIsles Country Club and the Kolter Group. Steve earned a BBA in Management from the University of Miami and also played for the Hurricanes varsity football team.

A Miami native, Kate has been a leader in the real estate and new home construction industries for over 20 years. She has represented many of Florida’s top builders and successful real estate developers throughout Dede, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Her portfolio ranges from townhomes and single-family homes to luxurious oceanfront condominiums.

Barbara Hornyak

Barbara has served the real estate community in northern Palm Beach County for over 20 years. Prior to joining Astra Star Realty, she was a top producer in new construction sales with Kolter Homes at ALTON and a leader in luxury sales for RE/MAX Ocean Properties. Barbara is originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, where she studied public relations and communications at North Carolina State University. Now, she cherishes the Jupiter/Palm Beach Gardens lifestyle and loves sharing it with her clients.

Jason MarcAntonio

With over 15 years of real estate experience, Jason has worked extensively in new home sales with esteemed developers including Minto Communities and the Kolter Group. After graduating from FSU, he began his career at Illustrated Properties, where he specialized in the luxury home and country club markets. Jason is a native Floridian who lives in Palm Beach Gardens with his wife and two children.
